Georgina Moore spent 15 years as Communications Director at Headline, where she ran the Press Office. Before that she was in publicity at Hodder & Stoughton and has 20 years’ experience in the publishing industry. Georgina has helped create many bestsellers across fiction and non-fiction title. During her time at Headline Georgina worked on PPC award winning campaigns including Kate Adie’s The Kindness of Strangers, Living History by Hilary Clinton, By Myself And Then Some by Lauren Bacall, Gazza: My Story and Instructions For A Heatwave by Maggie O’Farrell. Her campaign for The Lemon Grove was commended as the best fiction campaign of the year at the Nibbies. She has been PPC shortlisted many times including for Small Island by Andrea Levy, The Wrong Knickers by Bryony Gordon, Year of Wonder by Clemency Burton-Hill. She has worked closely with many big name authors including Penny Vincenzi, Adele Parks, Daisy Goodwin, Bryony Gordon, Maggie O’Farrell, and Patrick Gale. Georgina lectures in Book Publicity at Kingston and UCL, mentors for the PPC and the SYP and has been a keynote speaker at FutureBook.
