Known for his humorous and honest approach to baking as well as his expert tips and elegant creations, Matt Adlard has become one of the most successful bakers on social media, amassing over 2 million followers across his Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook channels, as well as a loyal cohort of bakers who subscribe to his Bake It Better online cookery school. He has also served as an expert judge on numerous TV competitions, including the BBC’s Platinum Pudding Competition and Food Network’s Chopped Sweets, and has hosted his own Food Network digital series.
