Sainsbury’s Entertainment on Demand launches eBook of the Year 2015 award

  • Public vote opens in search of the nation’s best loved eBook
  • 141 of our favourite digital reads go head-to-head in annual award

Which eBook has had you glued to the screen of your eReader, tablet or mobile device this year? Well now you have the chance to choose your stand-out favourite, as Sainsbury’s Entertainment on Demand opens voting for its third eBook of the Year award.

Celebrating the very best the world of books has to offer, the eBook of the Year award allows voters to choose from a longlist of 141 titles spanning a range of different genres. From edge-of-the-seat thrillers to tear-jerking romantic fiction, from ethereal science fiction to bestselling biographies, Sainsbury’s Entertainment on Demand has carefully compiled a rich and varied list of the most talked about titles of the year for you to choose from.

This year voting is easier than ever, and you don’t need to register to put forward your choice. Simply go to where you will find the eBook of the Year collection and pick your favourite eBook. Once you’ve made your decision, click on the Competitions page and insert the name of your selected eBook. Click send and the eBook you’ve chosen will be put it forward for the grand prize.

To encourage participation every visitor to the website who votes for their favourite eBook will be entered into a prize draw to win £100 worth of eBooks – the perfect treat in the run up to Christmas.

The shortlist will be revealed on 10 December 2015 and the winner of the award will be announced on 7 January 2015. Last year’s winner of the coveted award was Peter James for Want You Dead.
