Forensic accountant Rob Sinclair publishes spy thriller to critical acclaim

“A fast paced action thriller that will have you hooked from the first page…Sinclair really knows how to write” –The Last Word

Rob Sinclair has this week published the second novel is his widely praised Carl Logan series.  Sinclair’s new book, Rise of the Enemy, is a  gripping spy novel set under the shadow of the Kremlin and following embattled secret agent Carl Logan.  For the past 19 years, Logan has devoted his life to his work for the Joint Intelligence Agency; an intelligence agency controlled jointly by the USA and the UK.  Policing, espionage and elite armed forces combined in one secretive and powerful network. When the JIA sends Logan on a routine mission to Russia, it should have been simple. But when his cover is blown, he’s transported into a world of hell he thought he would never see again.  Logan soon comes to realise that sometimes, the enemy is closer to home than you think…

The book has been garnering rave reviews from the blogging world, with comments such as ‘Carl Logan may be a battled hardened agent, but Rob Sinclair has managed to find his soul’ – and  ‘fast paced, well written and suspenseful story full of mystery and action’ – 5* Amazon review.

In 2009, Rob’s wife challenged him to pen a ‘can’t put down thriller’. Never one to shy away from a challenge, Rob picked up the baton, or pen, and ran with it, writing the hit thriller Dance With The Enemy.

Thus Rob’s Carl Logan thrillers were born, featuring the story of the embattled intelligence agent on his adventures and trials around the world.  Rob now splits his time between writing and working as a forensic accountant for a global accounting firm.

Rob is available for interview, to write articles and for events.  For more information, or to request a review copy or interview, please contact Becky Short at Midas PR on [email protected] or call 020 7361 7860.
