Amanda Prowse releases hotly anticipated new novel, Will You Remember Me?

Bestselling and much loved author Amanda Prowse today (17th July) releases her new novel, Will You Remember Me? The book is a brilliantly written tale of love and loss, following Poppy Day, who fans will remember from 2012’s Poppy Day.

Poppy thinks she is a totally ordinary woman. She’s 32, an ex-hairdresser, who stays at home raising her two gorgeous children whilst her husband tours with the army. Her simplest pleasure is having her family together in a clean and happy home.

But to anyone else Poppy Day is a totally extraordinary woman. She’s 32, lives for her children, and once went to the ends of the earth to bring her soldier husband home safely from danger.

She’s a passionate, loving woman who is too busy caring for others to notice the fatigue in her body and the menacing lump growing on her breast. If there’s anyone strong enough and deserving enough to defeat cancer it’s Poppy. She’s fought harder battles than this. But does life really work like that?

Amanda hit the headlines back in 2012, when she donated all proceeds from her debut Poppy Day to the Royal British Legion’s Poppy Appeal. She received widespread military support, celebrity endorsements and appeared in newspapers and on TV sofas everywhere.  In February 2013 her second novel,What Have I Done? became a runaway bestseller, shifting over 300,000 copies and earning her a host of loyal fans.
