Rome Eternal City by Ferdinand Addis receives rave reviews

We’re thrilled to have been working on the publicity for captivating new history book Rome Eternal City by Ferdinand Addis published by Head of Zeus 6th September 2018.

So far the book has received rave reviews from The Guardian who describes the work as “The florid flights and snappy paragraphs are underpinned by serious reading” and by  The Times as “Ferdinand Addis’s superb biography of the Eternal City reminds us, Roman politicians have often trod a bloody path.

The author, also enjoyed discussing the parallels we can draw between Rome’s history and the modern day political landscape with Adam Boulton on Sky News: All Out Politics a subject he explored further in an op-ed with City A.M: The Forum  . Ferdinand provided brilliant insight into why we are fascinated by watching great men fail for Shortlist and revealed his off the beaten track travel insights to The Week: Portfolio

Rome Eternal City also made it to the ‘History Book of the Month’ in November’s issue of History Revealed and further interviews followed with London Live, BBC Radio Oxford, talkRADIO and BBC Radio Jersey.

And to top things off Ferdinand was invited to speak at the inaugural literary tent at this summer’s Victorious Festival in Portsmouth.

Rome Eternal City by Ferdinand Addis was published by Head of Zeus 6th September and is available to buy in hardback £30
