I am gobsmacked and delighted to win this award. Two years ago, I had given up on writing altogether and was working in a bar and driving an uber, and so to go from that to this is just amazing.
Adrian McKinty, winner of the Theakston Old Peculier Crime Novel of the Year 2020 for The Chain
I enjoyed working with Midas on the publicity of my environmental fable for all ages called ‘Every Leaf a Hallelujah.’ They were hard working & professional & found innovative ways of generating interest in this book… & get results.
Ben Okri, author of Every Leaf a Hallelujah
I feel really happy with my team at Midas. They did a great job promoting my book, The Silent Patient, and were a real pleasure to work with.

Building on the foundations of my post-tribal explorations, the GATES OF TURAN presents a multilayered installation-exhibition exploring The Kyrgyz Republic’s immemorial nomadic mythical cosmogony. Through the transforming prism of socially engaged practice, I incepted a dynamic collaborative exchange with Kyrgyz craftswomen and master yurt makers in the country’s highlands. An Ecology of Soul – The GATES OF TURAN bridges concepts of past and present, material and immaterial, contemporary and archaic in order to reconnect and support Kyrgyz crafts.
