Leighanne joined Midas in 2016 and specialises in photography and visual art PR. She works on accounts such as Saatchi Gallery, Griffin Gallery, Contemporary Balkan Art and Artes Mundi Exhibition & Prize, as well as illustrated titles such as HQ by Roads Publishing, and Rock of Ramion by Frank Hinks. Leighanne has looked after the PR for Saatchi Gallery’s 2017 blockbuster exhibition From Selfie to Self-Expression, which has received more visitors than any other exhibition curated by the gallery in the past five years.
Prior to joining Midas, Leighanne was a Gallery Assistant at Annely Juda Fine Art in Mayfair, working on exhibitions for blue-chip artists such David Hockey and Anthony Caro. She represented the gallery at international art fairs such as FIAC, Paris and Frieze Masters, London. She also has a background in Japanese antiques, and worked as a Gallery Assistant at the Japanese Gallery in Kensington. Leighanne graduated from SOAS University with a Master’s degree in History of Art and Archaeology of East Asia.
Leighanne practices yoga every week, and regularly indulges her interest for all the arts by visiting a broad spectrum of London’s cultural events.
