Responsibilities
• To support their Associate Director
• To assist Account Managers/Account Directors and senior members of staff in obtaining publicity coverage for Midas clients
• To take responsibility for tasks assigned
• To begin to build an effective group of contacts in the media
• To work towards the retention of any business that is current
• To be proactive in finding solutions to everyday problems
• To play a key role in supporting the account team to which you are assigned
• To represent Midas at external events on a regular basis
• To communicate effectively with clients under supervision
• To provide input to weekly client updates
• Help to create end of campaign reports and cuttings files
• To produce well presented written work
During which time, you will be expected to work to the satisfaction of Directors and Associate Directors, across different elements of Midas core business
• as part of a retainer team
• as support staff for individual projects
• working towards taking responsibility for individual campaigns
