Parallax Art Fair 2012
19th January 2012
Parallax Art Fair is the largest "curated" international artist art fair in Europe by exhibitor numbers. What makes the event unique is that it explores new theories in art history and the "art" of contemporary art and curation. The exhibitors are mainly unrepresented artists from all over the world showing extremely diverse work from abstraction and conceptualism to totemic and ceramic art.
Highlights include Bente Christensen-Ernst, a Danish artist living close to the Syrian border whose work is inspired by the Arab Spring, Singaporean graffiti artist Skope and French artist Vincent Fichard who will be showing his new work "On Vampires" (using his own blood).
Parallax is taking place at Chelsea Old Town Hall, King's Road, London, SW3 5EE from Thursday 16th - Saturday 18th February 2012.
