New client Catherine Fulvio goes Stateside to Cook for Congress

Catherine Fulvio is to be the first guest chef from outside the United States to cook at Washington's annual Taste America reception on Capitol Hill.
An exclusive event for all members of the House of Representatives and Senate, along with their families, Taste America will take place on Thursday, 4th August from 5 - 8.30pm.
The inaugural Taste America was held in 1992, with guest chef Julia Child. Catherine is thrilled and honoured to be following in Julia Child's footsteps and to be selected as the first Irish chef to cook for Congress.
Catherine's Family Kitchen will be published in October by Gill & Macmillan.
